Erika Vipond is an expert trained fitness professional specializing in flexibility and mobility training.
Erika is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in Advanced Sports Nutrition. She is an expert trained fitness trainer specializing in dynamic flexibility, barre and yoga, with a client list including pro-athletes NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Olympic 2x World Champion figure skate athlete Meagan Duhamel.
Certified as a Master Essentrics Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Progressing Ballet Technique Trainer; she offers teacher training workshops, fitness retreats, personal training and corporate wellness programs. She can also be found as a featured trainer on Essentrics TV. Currently Erika is completing courses to qualify as a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP) through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC).
With a Bachelor's Degree and an extensive background in dance, she studied with teachers from Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet to develop her skills as an accomplished dancer and award winning choreographer. Erika's choreography work has been featured on the runways in the fashion world where she has contributed as a choreographer for the activewear and wellness company Lolë Women. Also to note! She is one of their proud Brand Ambassadors. Erika was also a former Manager of teacher training and a part of business and content development for Essentrics & Classical Stretch, where she studied and apprenticed under the guidance of Essentrics creator, Miranda Esmonde-White.
Erika is currently developing entrepreneurial projects. She is based out of a historic loft studio in Old Montreal, where she is expanding an online training system and connecting with clients worldwide. She is developing personalized fitness and holistic nutrition programs.
Using a fresh approach to the science of movement, Erika's focus is to bring the lifestyle industries of fitness and wellness, innovative and sustainable training programs that promote the idea of body positivity and the growth of bodywork in the field of integrative medicine.
