I would rate my training experience with Erika as an 11 out of 10 . Working with Erika was a wonderful experience. Her classes were an important part of my training plan as I prepared for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. Erika was always creative with her classes and maintained a good balance of pushing me, challenging me and allowing me to feel comfortable. She was accommodating to my busy schedule and always took a little extra time with my classes. Erika is amazing and she is one of the best trainers I have ever come across.
